YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Guest Hospitality: Deliver a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors during appointments, workshops, and networking functions.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment confirmations, calendar arrangements, and guest logistics.
• Event Execution: Oversee attendee check-ins, manage setup/staging, and handle live event coordination.
• Venue Readiness: Prepare and maintain conference rooms and event spaces to guarantee a polished environment.
• Administrative Support: Assist with routine office tasks, internal communications, and operational workflows.
• Seamless Service: Collaborate across departments to elevate every step of the client experience.
