Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Director in planning and managing project activities.
• Prepare and update construction schedules, manpower, and equipment plans.
• Monitor project progress and carry out performance tracking activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and stakeholders on schedule updates and project requirements.
• Track project costs, schedules, and progress, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements while helping to resolve issues that may affect timelines or costs.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and tender documents.
• Familiar with preparing and reviewing design-related documentation.
• Comfortable working in a site-based environment when required.
• Excellent coordination skills with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to support project delivery.
