Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities and a willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise, train and coordinate restaurant staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift arrangements.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering and food costs.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable food safety regulations.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

• Applicants must be aged 25 and above.
• Previous F&B experience is preferred.
• Restaurant management or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Responsible, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to work independently and manage daily operations effectively.
• Candidates must meet the applicable Malaysian employment eligibility requirements.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary of RM3,000 – RM6,000, depending on experience and suitability.
