良好的电话沟通能力：自信、沟通清晰，懂得如何与客户交流。

基础电脑技能：能够熟练打字、查看电子邮件以及处理系统文件工作。

目标导向：以达成目标为动力，渴望赚取额外奖金/津贴。

语言能力：能够使用普通话、英语和马来语交流。懂其他方言者将获优先考虑。

Sales Background: At least 1 year of experience in sales (online sales or telemarketing roles are all welcome!).

Good Phone Presence: Confident, clear communicator who knows how to talk to customers.

Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable typing, checking emails, and handling system paperwork.

Target-Driven: Motivated by achieving goals and eager to earn extra incentives.

Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other dialects is added advantages.

跟进潜在客户：运用销售技巧致电有兴趣的客户，挖掘新的业务机会。

了解客户需求：与客户沟通，推荐符合其需求的适合产品。

处理报价：计算成本，并快速发送专业的报价单。

处理订单：录入客户订单，并及时更新内部销售数据库。

达成销售目标：与资深销售主管合作，共同冲刺并超越每月团队目标。

Follow Up Leads: Use your sales skills to call interested clients and uncover new opportunities.

Understand Clients: Chat with customers to match their needs with our products.

Handle Quotes: Calculate costs and send out quick, professional price quotations.

Process Orders: Key in customer orders and keep our internal sales database updated.
