Certification Ready: Willingness to undergo in-house training to get certified in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding before your first official shift.

Active Pool Monitoring & Emergency Response: Continuously watch assigned pool zones to prevent accidents, keep swimmers safe, and immediately respond to emergencies following team protocol.

Deck Maintenance & Water Quality Checks: Test and record water pH and chlorine levels regularly, while keeping the pool deck clean, dry, and free of trip hazards or stray equipment.

Rule Enforcement & Class Support: Gently and firmly enforce pool safety rules, while helping instructors manage students during class transitions on the pool deck.
