What You’ll Be Baking Up

• Shape, proof, and bake our signature creations — from buttery croissants to kouign amann, shio pan, danishes, and more
• Ensure every bake is consistent, beautiful, and fresh
• Get hands-on with mixing, scaling, laminating, and glazing
• Learn and execute new recipes and seasonal specials

Who We’re Looking For

• Passion for baking — whether from professional experience, culinary training, or serious home baking
• Prior baking or kitchen experience is an advantage
• Motivated to build a long-term career in baking
• Comfortable with early morning shifts
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
