About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry (Excel Expert) – Mandarin Speakingprofessional to join ourLogistics & E-commerce Customer Service team.

The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer and logistics data, preparing reports, and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain customer, order, shipment, and logistics data in Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Use Excel to manage large datasets, perform data analysis, and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Monitor and update order and shipment status to ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and relevant stakeholders regarding order and delivery information.
• Handle customer-related data and assist with basic customer service inquiries when required.
• Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records.
• Support the team with other administrative and data-related tasks as required.
