Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

Language Proficiency:Fluency in theThai language (written and spoken) to manage and support the Thailand market.

Working Experience & Knowledge:

• Experience in customer service, telesales, or client relationship management.

• Experience responding to customer inquiries via multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat, etc.).

• Experience with CRM systems to record and update customer information accurately.

General Capabilities:

• Ability to achieve individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

• Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

• Detail-oriented in processing customer orders, payments, returns, and service requests accurately.

• Adaptable to contract employment and flexible working hours.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

Process customer orders, payments, returns, and service requests accurately.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information within CRM systems.

Thai language required for handling Thailand Market.

Stay updated on company products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
