Job Description

Requirements

  • 拥有文凭学历，并具备至少3年相关零售运营工作经验。
  • 熟悉零售门店的日常运作流程和管理。
  • 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
  • 能够独立工作，并具备团队合作精神。
  • 熟练使用基本的办公软件，如Microsoft Office。
  • 工作积极主动，认真负责，有条理。
  • 具备一定的抗压能力，能够适应零售行业的工作节奏。

Responsibilities

  • 协助零售店面的日常运营管理，确保门店按照公司标准运作。
  • 处理客户咨询和投诉，提供优质的客户服务，维护客户关系。
  • 协助库存管理，包括收货、盘点、补货和货架整理。
  • 参与门店销售活动和促销的执行，达成销售目标。
  • 维护门店的整洁和良好形象，确保商品陈列符合规范。
  • 协助处理门店的行政事务和文件记录。
  • 支持上级主管完成其他临时性任务。
