Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time
Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and delivery schedules
Check supplier documents such as specifications, certificates, declarations and other required records
Maintain and update supplier records and filing systems
Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team


Requirements:

NITEC / Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
1-2 years of working experience in similar field would be preferred.
