HR Officer in a hotel manages day-to-day human resources operations, staff welfare, and administrative duties to support department heads and employees.

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• HR Administration & Payroll
• Employee Relations & Welfare:
• Training & Performance
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, employment acts, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor staff turnover and compile periodic HR reports for management

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
