• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of building systems (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair faults or breakdowns promptly
• Conduct daily site inspections and report any defects
• Carry out preventive maintenance as scheduled
• Attend to complaints and service requests from tenants/residents
• Liaise with contractors for repair and maintenance works
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards
• Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
