Job Summary

Support marketing executives by managing administrative tasks, conducting market research, coordinating promotional events, and collaborating with design and printing teams to produce marketing materials and online content.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth department operations and coordination
• Assist marketing executives in planning and organizing marketing projects and campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports and questionnaires to inform marketing strategies
• Update and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial data
• Support the organization of promotional events and both traditional and digital marketing campaigns
• Compose and publish online content on the company’s website and social media platforms to enhance brand presence
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials including menus and promotional items
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality production and timely delivery of printed marketing materials
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, design templates, and production files for efficient future use
• Perform other marketing and design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Prior experience working with F&B marketing materials and print production
