Orchard Road | $15/HR | Contract-to-Permanent Opportunity

Have retail sales experience and a passion for beauty, skincare or wellness? Join a premium Swiss skincare and longevity wellness brand at a flagship department store in Orchard Road!

PAY & BENEFITS

$15/hour during initial contract
Potential conversion to full-time employment
$2,600–$2,800/month basic salary upon conversion
Attractive sales commissions & performance incentives
Product training provided
Career progression to Senior Beauty Consultant / Counter Supervisor

JOB SCOPE

Approach and engage shoppers to introduce premium skincare and wellness products
Promote products, explain benefits and demonstrate skincare routines
Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs
Drive sales conversions and build long-term customer relationships
Process payments and record sales accurately
Maintain counter displays, product presentation and stock replenishment

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Minimum 1 year of retail sales, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care or customer service experience
Beauty counter, premium retail or beauty therapy experience is an advantage
Confident in approaching customers and recommending products
Strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset
Professional, proactive and customer-focused
Looking for a longer-term career with potential full-time conversion
Able to work weekends and public holidays

WORKING HOURS
Rotating retail shifts:

11am–7pm
12pm–8pm
12:30pm–9:30pm
