JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and supervise daily outlet operations.
• Lead and coordinate outlet crew and shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and inventory.
• Handle POS, cash and daily closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Tealive SOPs, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist in achieving outlet sales and operational targets.
• Report operational issues to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• F&B experience preferred.
• Tearista experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
