Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings and business correspondence.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries and transportation.
Drive senior management to meetings, appointments, business trips and other engagements.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, properly maintained and in good working condition.
Assist with meeting arrangements, document preparation and general office administration.
Handle confidential business and personal matters with professionalism and discretion.
Attend to ad-hoc assignments, personal errands and other duties as assigned by management.
