About the Role:

The Account Manager is the day-to-day owner of a portfolio of client accounts. This role is the main contact for clients, turns their objectives into clear plans and briefs, oversees the social media team that runs client channels, pitches to potential clients, and analyses and reports on performance.

We are looking for an Account Manager who is organised, client-confident, and social-media fluent, can lead and mentor a team, and makes clients feel looked after while making sure the work goes live on time and performs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Client Relationships: Be the main day-to-day contact for your assigned clients. Manage communications, expectations, approvals, and meetings professionally.

• Translate Briefs into Plans: Understand client objectives and turn them into clear briefs, content plans, and timelines for the creative, KOL, and production teams.

• Oversee the Social Media Team: Oversee the social media team in planning and running client social channels, making sure content calendars, copy, posting schedules, and community management are delivered on time and to standard.

  • Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Review and approve content calendars, captions, and approval flows.

  • Set comment and inbox moderation guidelines and make sure the team follows them.

• Mentor & Develop the Team: Guide, coach, and mentor Junior Account Executives and Social Media Specialists. Review their work, give clear feedback, and help them grow their client and social media skills.

• Prepare Decks & Pitch to Potential Clients: Prepare pitch decks, credentials, and proposals, and present them to potential clients together with the Account Director to win new business.

• Coordinate Delivery: Work with designers, copywriters, video editors, and KOL managers to make sure deliverables are on brief, on time, and on brand.

• Manage Scope, Budgets & Billing: Prepare quotations and proposals, track scope and costs, and support billing and invoicing with Finance.

• Analyse Data & Report: Analyse campaign, page, and audience data using platform insights and analytics tools. Prepare monthly reports with clear insights, and recommend improvements based on the data.

• Grow the Account: Spot opportunities to add value—new campaigns, KOL activations, paid media, or production—and share them with the Account Director.

• Stay Platform-Smart: Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and new formats so client strategies stay fresh and relevant.

• Ad Hoc Support: Take on any other ad hoc tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
