崗位職責 / Responsibilities:
主導移動端 App、線上交易平台及公司官方網站的 UI/UX 設計,打造現代化、流暢且符合金融場景的高品質用戶體驗。
Lead the UI/UX design for mobile applications, web-based trading platforms, and the corporate website, delivering modern, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences tailored for financial scenarios.
負責用戶研究、交互流程設計、Wireframes、Prototypes 及高保真視覺設計,並制定與維護統一的 Design System(設計系統)。
Conduct user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design, while establishing and maintaining a scalable Design System.
與產品經理及前端開發團隊緊密協作,跟進項目落地,確保設計方案準確還原與優化。
Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers to facilitate seamless execution and ensure precise design implementation and continuous optimization.
負責公司品牌視覺及平面宣傳物料設計(如社交媒體圖片、海報、宣傳單張、品牌周邊及展會物料等),維護品牌形象的一致性。
Responsible for brand visual identity and graphic design materials (e.g., social media assets, posters, flyers, corporate collateral, and event marketing materials) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
任職要求 / Requirements:
申請時必须附上個人作品集(Portfolio),展示UI/UX案例及平面設計作品。
A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design work should be submitted upon application.
大專或以上學歷,具備 3 年或以上 UI/UX 及平面設計經驗(有金融科技、證券或 App 開發經驗者優先)。
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, with 3+ years of UI/UX and graphic design experience (Experience in FinTech, brokerage, or mobile app development is highly preferred).
精通 Figma、Sketch、Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 等主流設計及原型工具;熟悉 AI 輔助設計工具以提升工作效率者優先。
Proficient in mainstream design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools to boost productivity is a plus.
具備優秀的跨端(iOS / Android / Web)UI/UX 設計能力,同時兼具紮實的平面設計與版面編排功底。
Strong expertise in cross-platform (iOS / Android / Web) UI/UX design, combined with solid skills in graphic design and layout composition.
良好溝通能力與團隊協作精神,能獨立處理多個項目。
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
