Up to $3,300 basic + AWS + variable bonus
Working Days:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
About the Company
Our client is an established logistics and supply chain services provider offering freight forwarding, transportation and warehousing solutions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily import, export, air freight, sea freight and local transportation activities, including cargo collection, delivery and shipment scheduling.
Oversee warehouse operations, including cargo receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory records.
Arrange transportation, coordinate loading and unloading, monitor delivery progress and ensure timely submission of Proof of Delivery (POD) and supporting documents.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices and packing lists, and coordinate customs declarations, permits and other regulatory documentation with authorised agents.
Liaise with customers, overseas agents, transporters and internal departments to provide shipment updates, resolve operational issues and meet customer requirements.
Verify freight, transportation, handling and storage charges, check supplier invoices and assist with shipment costing and customer billing.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, warehouse safety requirements, cargo security and relevant quality standards.
Prepare shipment and inventory reports, monitor operational KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
General knowledge of air freight operations. Experience in customs permit declaration is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
