岗位职责
Looking for experienced Nursing Admin Assistant for our new nursing home in Kaki Bukit. He/She will start work at existing branch located in Macpherson/Hougang.
As a Nursing Admin Assistant, you will support the nursing department and work closely with the multi-disciplinary team on the daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Support and assist Nurse Manager and nursing team
Prepare and process new admissions
Collate and compile Clinical Quality Indicators
Writing of minutes for nursing meetings
Upkeep of SOP
Coordination of Outpatient appointments for NH residents
Collating of training records for staff
Upkeep and collation of Vaccination records for residents and staff
Collation and upkeep of residents database for ACP/PPC
Other related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Excellent communicator
Able to understand the needs of residents
Good understanding of legislation and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications include Sharepoint
Relevant experience in healthcare sector an added advantage
