Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly, testing, or manufacturing environment

Willing to work rotating shifts (1-shift, 2-shift or 3-shift systems), including overnight shifts, depending on production requirements

Ability to interpret technical instructions, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintain quality standards.

Perform end-of-line testing and burn-in tests on semiconductor equipment according to established procedures and customer specifications.

Carry out basic assembly, setup, adjustment, and calibration of semiconductor equipment, including wafer-handling robots and module subassemblies.

Execute assigned test plans and procedures to verify equipment functionality and performance.

Use diagnostic tools and testing software to identify basic equipment faults and escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineers.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, work instructions, and test specifications to ensure accurate testing.

Maintain accurate records of test results, equipment performance, and technical issues in relevant systems and reports.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support process improvements, line balancing, and daily production activities.

Ensure compliance with cleanroom, ESD, workplace safety, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing standards, while supporting other assigned duties.
