Support testing and product validation activities in a manufacturing environment.

Configure and set up products according to test requirements.

Troubleshoot product failures and work with engineering teams on yield improvement.

Maintain test records, work instructions, and related documentation.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and production activities.

Conduct training for new team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Basic understanding of testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity with servers, computers, PCBA testing, or electronic systems.

Ability to read test scripts and interpret test results or error codes.

Basic knowledge of server architecture and use of test equipment such as multimeters.

Knowledge of Python, C++, networking, or switch configuration is an advantage.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willing to work 12 hours shift (Dayshift or Nightshift)
