We are looking for an experienced construction professional to support the Project Manager in overseeing assigned sections of a construction project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate assigned project activities to ensure timely completion according to the master programme.
Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor project progress.
Implement quality, EHS, ISO and environmental management requirements.
Ensure construction works meet clients' and consultants' standards and comply with relevant authority requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and clients on technical matters and resolve site-related issues.
Oversee technical submissions, including shop drawings, material samples and related documentation.
Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure compliance with project schedules and contractual requirements.
Manage costs for assigned works and ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
Lead and supervise assigned team members to maintain productivity and teamwork.
Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets and successful project delivery.
