Job Summary
We seek an experienced Test Engineer to develop, debug, and validate ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products.
Responsibilities
Develop, debug, and bring up ATE test programs to ensure accurate semiconductor product testing
Operate Advantest 93K (SmarTest 7/8) and/or Teradyne UltraFlex platforms to execute test procedures
Collaborate with design engineers to debug first-silicon issues, characterize devices, and support production release
Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, functional testing, and MBIST to verify digital circuit functionality
Perform device characterization across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions to validate performance
Characterize mixed-signal IPs such as ADCs, DACs, and PLLs to ensure signal integrity and accuracy
Support test program handover, yield improvement, and test-time reduction initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency
Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Quality, and Foundry Engineering teams to align testing with product goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex ATE platforms is preferred
Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics to support comprehensive test development
Experience in ATE test program development, debugging, and device characterization to deliver reliable test solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and laboratory skills to troubleshoot and optimize test processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document and communicate test results clearly
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
