Job Description & Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience required.
Proven experience in catering and bulk cooking (more than 2,000 meals).
Develop new menu items while refining existing ones.
Maintain cooking areas to ensure they are clean, neat, and tidy.
Monitor and support other cooking staff in preparing culinary dishes and meals.
Adhere to quality standards when preparing recipes and meals.
Willing to teach and train other cooking staff.
