Job Description:

Build strategies to drive business growth.

Assist in the daily fluent & regular operations of the business.

Manage reception and front desk work including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, etc.

Handle customer’s enquiries and concerns politely and professionally.

Requirement:

Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Minimum 2-year experience in TCM and Wellness industry.

Ensure high level of service standards.

Able to provide consistent and professional TCM and Wellness recommendation to customers.

Some knowledge of TCM Meridian and Wellness is preferred.

6-day work per week, works on weekends.
