Junior B2B Content Creator – IT & AI

Kuala Lumpur | Hybrid | Permanent, full-time

Synapsys is looking for a junior content creator who enjoys writing, creating and making technology easier to understand. Help turn our IT and AI services, insights and customer stories into useful content for business decision makers.

This is a hands-on junior role. You do not need to be an IT engineer, but you should be curious about technology, willing to research and comfortable asking questions.

What you will do

• Create LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, short videos and email content.

• Explain AI adoption, workflow automation, AI agents, IT services and workforce training in clear business language.

• Help maintain a content calendar and prepare content for review and publication.

• Work with sales and technical colleagues to gather ideas and turn their insights into content.

• Develop customer stories using approved information and obtain approval before publication.

• Repurpose presentations, webinars and events into content for different channels.

• Create simple visuals and edit short videos using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

• Support email campaigns with clear subject lines, copy and calls to action.

• Use AI tools for research, brainstorming and drafting, then verify facts and edit the final work.

• Track basic engagement and enquiries, and suggest improvements.

What we are looking for

• Strong English writing, editing and communication skills.

• Interest in B2B marketing, IT and AI, with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to turn information into clear, useful content for a business audience.

• Basic design and short-video editing skills, or examples showing your ability to learn these formats.

• Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to meet agreed deadlines.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools is helpful.

• Relevant internship, freelance, academic or personal content projects are welcome. Prior B2B or technology content experience is an advantage.

• Please include a portfolio link or 2–3 examples of your writing, social posts, designs or videos in your CV. Tell us briefly about an IT or AI topic you would enjoy explaining to a business audience.
