**Job Description**
• Prepare and cook dishes at the cold dish, noodle and pan-fried bun stations according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and food safety throughout production.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow all operational procedures.
• Handle ingredient preparation, stock checks and ordering to support smooth kitchen operations.
