Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and liaise with Domestic and Nominated Sub-Contractors, consultants, and relevant parties to resolve technical and coordination issues at site.

2. Perform on-site inspection work (M&E), ensure site work compliance with construction drawings, specifications, approved MoS, and any other approval and/or instruction from consultants.

3. Coordinate with relevant authorities and consultants for inspections, testing approvals and statutory compliance.

4. Verify site work progress for progress claims and assist in the evaluation of Nominated Sub-Contractors (NSC) subcontractor claims.

5. Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures for all M&E works.

6. Review and coordinate all relevant drawings (architectural, structural, landscape, and M&E), including shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements to ensure compliance prior to consultant submission and approval.

7. Ensure full understanding and application of all relevant drawings, specifications, and instructions during site inspections.

8. Monitor material delivery, installation sequence, and ensure all materials used are approved and comply with project specifications.

9. Monitor and supervise site progress to ensure timely completion in accordance with the approved work schedule; prepare progress and site reports as required.

10. Identify defects, non-conformance (NC), and outstanding works; issue Site Memo/NCR and propose mitigation measures in coordination with consultants.

11. Attend meetings and report on site activities as required.

12. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements at site.

13. Maintain proper site documentation, records, and reports in accordance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).

14. Implement company policies, procedures, and work instructions as defined under the QMS.

15. Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in high-rise building projects.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting, reviewing, and coordinating construction and shop drawings.

4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building systems, and services.

5. Ability to read and interpret architectural, C&S, M&E, landscape, and ID drawings and specifications.

6. Familiar with QA/QC procedures and documentation requirements.

7. Knowledge of relevant building regulations, codes, and safety requirements.

8. Strong coordination and communication skills with consultants, authorities, and contractors.

9. Good written and verbal communication skills.

10. High level of integrity and willingness to work extended hours when required.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
