Job Description

• Support the team in daily administrative duties - such as placing gift orders, payment support, maintaining up-to-date artist and artwork information in internal system, tracking social coverages, etc

• Assist the team on artist collection launches

• Actively identify and scout global artists for collaborations based on specific style, geo location, or audience demographics

• Conduct market research, sales tracking, and reporting

• Demonstrate creativity and assist in development of marketing materials

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Business/ Commerce Studies or related field
  Fresh Graduates are welcome

• Marketing or related internship experience as an advantage

• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PPT

• Fluent in English; Fluent in Cantonese will be an advantage

• Strong interest in marketing with a good sense of art

• Able to work independently

• Eager to learn and perform

• Self-motivated, attention to details with strong sense of responsibility

• Mature, good interpersonal and presentation skills
