Job Overview:

The Project Engineer Assistant plays a critical support role in daily operations across both project management and technical execution. By assisting senior PEs with system configurations, service tickets, site surveys (special requests), and supplementary NOI delivery, this role enables the engineering team to maximize installation throughput and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Coordination

   • Manage system configurations for handover projects and support installation delivery targets (NOI).

   • Coordinate installer schedules, maintain project documentation, and provide backup coverage for senior Project Engineers as needed.

2. Technical & Quality Support

   • Ensure high-quality installations by performing pre- and post-installation audit checklists alongside 30-day performance checks.

   • Handle 1st-line technical troubleshooting, resolve defect tickets, support product failure diagnosis, and develop hands-on expertise with BESS and EV system installations.

3. Service Operations & Field Requests

   • Support field operations by conducting site surveys for special requests and performing client follow-up visits.

   • Manage service tickets, handle customer communications, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for BESS system commissioning.
