职位要求 / Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management or related field.
• Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Candidates with sales, customer service, or customer coordination experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of production processes, planning, scheduling and delivery coordination.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Customers.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates with relevant Industrial Engineering background are also encouraged to apply.

主要工作职责 / Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate production priorities according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Follow up on production progress, output, capacity and delivery status.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Production to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing/Warehouse.
• Identify production delays, bottlenecks and capacity issues, and propose solutions.
• Prepare production planning and progress reports.
• Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
