Company Description

Astro Health Ventures is a Singapore healthcare company re-shaping how traditional medical services are delivered. We build and run specialised digital clinics, pairing licensed doctors with technology we build ourselves. Our first venture, Trimly (trimly.sg), is an MOH-licensed clinic providing medically supervised weight management in Singapore. We are founder-led with seven-figure monthly revenue, and short-form video is the biggest creative lever in our growth.

This is a Singapore-based internship with on-site shoot days. We will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.

Role Description

We're looking for a Content Production Intern to join our growth team, part-time or full-time, ideally able to start on short notice and commit to 3 to 6 months.

If you spend your time filming, cutting and posting short-form video, we'd love to hear from you. This internship is the chance to run a brand's short-form engine end to end: make the videos, ship them across platforms, talk to the audience and watch the numbers move.

Location: Singapore (hybrid, on-site for shoot days)

Duration: 3 to 6 months, part-time (at least 3 days a week) or full-time

Compensation: Paid internship, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role

What You'll Do

• Conceptualise, script, film and edit short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other platforms
• Pitch weekly concepts and hooks from trends you spot, from what performed and from our angle library; the founder greenlights, you make
• Repurpose our agency's and creators' footage into new clips and formats
• Publish across our platforms and keep content and tone of voice consistent
• Build community: monitor and reply to comments and DMs using our playbook
• Track content performance through insights and analytics, and feed it into what you make next
• Stay on top of social trends, creator content and emerging formats

What We're Looking For

• Able to commit to a 3 to 6 month internship, part-time (at least 3 days a week) or full-time, based in Singapore
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Communications, marketing, film or media is a plus, but any field works if the work is good
• Short-form videos you personally shot and edited that people actually watched. A personal TikTok or IG counts; show us, with numbers
• Comfortable shooting and editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci; After Effects is a plus
• Write well: captions and replies will sound like us, not like a bot
• Comfortable filming people: our videos star founders and real patients, not stock footage
• Positive, curious and proactive, and comfortable receiving feedback and iterating fast
