Job Description

Jerakaya Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled, experienced, and responsible **Heavy Machinery Mechanic** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing heavy machinery, particularly Komatsu and Hitachi equipment, as well as 10-tonne lorries, to ensure optimal performance and safe operation.

# Job Requirements

• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining heavy machinery, particularly Komatsu and Hitachi equipment, as well as 10-tonne lorries.
• Good knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
• Ability to perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Experience in changing engine oil, filters, hydraulic oil, lubricants, and other service components.
• Ability to use mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Willingness to travel to work sites when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.

# Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on Komatsu and Hitachi heavy machinery and 10-tonne lorries.
• Inspect, service, and maintain diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and carry out necessary repairs.
• Replace engine oil, filters, lubricants, worn-out parts, and other components as required.
• Ensure all machinery and lorries are maintained in good working condition and safe for operation.
• Attend to machinery and lorry breakdowns and provide on-site servicing and repairs when required.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Report major mechanical faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure all servicing and maintenance activities comply with established safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
