Process documents, collect payments, and operate the POS system.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal and external systems.

Operate office equipment and assist users at the free-seating area.

Sort, frank, distribute, and deposit mail at SingPost.

Open and close the office, meeting rooms, and training rooms.

Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc duties when required.
