岗位职责

  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
