ABOUT US

The Meat Experts Restaurant is a Western dining establishment specialising in premium imported meats, sausages, bacon and quality meat products. We are seeking friendly, energetic and reliable people who enjoy serving guests. Experience helps, but attitude matters more.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally.

• Assist with seating and basic restaurant enquiries.

• Provide attentive, friendly service to each table.

• Respond promptly to customer requests.

• Escalate complaints or service issues to the supervisor.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

• Assist with taking food and beverage orders.

• Learn the menu, drinks and key ingredients.

• Understand the meat products and dishes served.

• Deliver food and drinks to the correct tables.

• Announce dishes clearly when serving.

• Follow hygienic handling and proper tray procedures.

RESTAURANT OPERATIONS

• Prepare tables, cutlery and service stations.

• Know the table numbers and restaurant layout.

• Keep service stations stocked and organised.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, presentable dining area.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & SALES

• Learn about our premium meats and menu offerings.

• Make suitable recommendations to customers.

• Support food, beverage and promotional upselling.

• Stay updated on specials and promotions.

TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors.

• Follow instructions from senior service staff.

• Communicate customer requests accurately.

• Support colleagues during lunch and dinner rushes.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.

• RM15 per hour.
• Exposure to premium international food products.
