We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing Automotive Aftersales team.

You will be the key person connecting our customers with the workshop team — understanding customer needs, recommending the right service, and ensuring every customer has a smooth and professional experience.

Who We're Looking For

• SKM / Diploma / Certificate in Automotive or related field.

• Experience as Service Advisor, Workshop Advisor or automotive aftersales is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with automotive knowledge and the right attitude are welcome.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

• Computer literate and comfortable using basic systems/software.

• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.

• Automotive knowledge + good people skills = BIG advantage!

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.

• Advise customers on suitable maintenance and repair services.

• Prepare quotations and explain service recommendations clearly.

• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.

• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and completion time.

• Conduct vehicle inspection and identify additional service requirements.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

• Follow up with customers after servicing and encourage repeat visits.

• Ensure all service documentation and records are accurate.

• Achieve customer satisfaction, sales and aftersales KPIs.
