NX HOLDINGS BERHAD' is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage (F&B) Waiters/Waitresses, Baristas and Supervisors at our Tun Razak Exchange location in Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract role, offering an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic hospitality industry.

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

3. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

4. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

5. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures

6. Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation (for Barista positions)

7. Supervisory experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team (for Supervisor positions)

Key responsibilities

1. Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction

2. Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to high standards

3. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including restocking and cleaning duties

4. Handling cash and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately

5. Assisting with inventory management and stock control

6. Supporting the Food and Beverage Supervisor with daily operations and team coordination
