Job Role:

• As a Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing.
• Your day-to-day activities will include creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing extract, transform and load processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation.
• Expert proficiency in SAP Data Migration is required. Expert proficiency in Data Migrations and advanced proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP are suggested.
• Lead the design and optimization of scalable data migration strategies to enhance system integration and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align data engineering efforts with business objectives and project milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Analyze complex data challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor and evaluate data pipeline performance, implementing enhancements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
