As a Nurse Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Plan, coordinate and improve nursing workflows to ensure compliance with Singapore Nursing Board standards, nursing home licensing requirements and Enhanced Nursing Home Standards.
Oversee the accurate collection, consolidation and timely submission of Continuous Quality Improvement data.
Ensure nursing policies, procedures and work processes are properly documented, regularly updated and accessible in accordance with Nursing Office guidelines and SOPs.
Support the implementation and adherence to established nursing policies, procedures and care pathways within the nursing home.
Ensure resident care records are complete, accurate and up to date, including the documentation, investigation and reporting of incidents.
Work with the multidisciplinary team to develop and review individualised, function-focused care plans for residents.
Address feedback and concerns from residents and their families promptly and professionally.
Provide clinical nursing guidance on complex cases referred by nursing home staff and monitor residents’ clinical progress.
Participate in monthly Nurse Leaders’ Meetings, Quality Assurance Committee meetings and Product Evaluation Committee discussions.
Requirements:
Min. Degree qualification in Nursing
Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
