Key Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for

security and surveillance solutions

, including CCTV, access control, and drone solutions.

Engage with customers to understand their security requirements, site needs and operational challenges.

Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements.

Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations and technical proposals.

Conduct site visits and assist in assessing customer requirements where necessary.

Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to develop suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, technical specifications and other sales-related documentation.

Support the sales team throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to solution proposal and project handover.

Keep updated on security technologies, products and industry developments.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience in

technical sales, pre-sales, security systems, CCTV, access control, networking or related solutions

will be an advantage.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Able to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Good presentation and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Candidates with experience in

CCTV, door access, security systems, drones or networking solutions

are encouraged to apply.
