Minimum SPM qualification (fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply).

Must be available and willing to work through weekends and public holidays based on the shift roster.

Strong hands-on craft skills, good eye for colors, and attention to detail.

Physical ability to work on your feet, handle manual tools, and manage bulk balloon orders.

Willingness to learn professional balloon inflation techniques, heat sealing, and vinyl application (no prior balloon experience required—full training provided).

Basic conversational ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Inflate, seal, and assemble latex, foil, and signature bubble balloon arrangements according to customer specifications and quality standards.

Operate helium inflation equipment and vinyl printing/cutting machines safely and efficiently.

Prepare, pack, and hand off custom balloon orders for customer pickups and same-day local delivery dispatches.

Maintain clean, organized preparation worktables and track inventory levels for balloons, ribbons, weights, and helium tanks.

Assist retail sales staff with customer inquiries regarding balloon customization options, color combinations, and longevity.
