• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Property Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, engineering operations, or a similar environment are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance activities, contractor coordination, and service provider management would be an added advantage.

• Ability to maintain facilities records, asset inventories, reports, and operational documentation.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD drafting, floor plan updates, space planning, or facilities layout management is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.

Space Planning & AutoCAD

• Prepare, update and maintain AutoCAD floor plans and facilities layouts.

• Develop workstation, office, meeting room and space allocation layouts.

• Conduct space planning and room-sizing assessments based on business requirements.

• Update floor plans following office reconfiguration, renovation or relocation works.

• Prepare and maintain technical layouts for facilities systems, including CCTV, access control, HVAC, sensors and equipment.

Asset & Equipment Management

• Maintain facilities asset and equipment records.

• Track asset locations, movements and allocation.

• Conduct regular updates of asset and equipment databases.

• Support inventory and asset-related reporting.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare facilities reports, trackers and management reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, asset records and facilities databases.

• Compile facilities data for management review, audits and operational monitoring.

• Support energy-saving and sustainability-related data collection and reporting.
