Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in trade/key account sales, FMCG merchandising, or supermarket/modern trade channel management.

Strong understanding of supermarket and modern trade operations.

Proven experience in securing product listings and negotiating with supermarket buyers.

Demonstrated success in growing accounts, sales, or distribution channels.

Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel to meet trade partners when required.

Approach supermarkets and hypermarkets to list and sell Madam Kwan’s products, including identifying suitable retail partners, preparing proposals, and conducting product presentations.

Follow up with retail partners until new products and SKUs are successfully listed.

Negotiate listing fees, trading terms, pricing, and margins with supermarket buyers and category managers.

Manage and maintain supermarket accounts, including orders, deliveries, payments, invoicing, and collections.

Build strong relationships with retail partners and act as the main point of contact for day-to-day account matters.

Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock performance at outlet level and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, displays, POSM, and promotional calendars with supermarket partners.

Work closely with Procurement on production, costs, supply requirements, and sales forecasts to meet market demand.

Prepare sales and account performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, issues, and recommendations.

Monitor monthly and annual sales performance, address gaps, and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
