Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

Create and manage job posting across relevant job boards to maximize visibility and reach.

Review resume to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience.

Conduct preliminary interviews (via phone) to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information and track progress.

Support and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and positive experience for new hires.

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any field of study are welcome to apply.

Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards will be advantageous.

Proficient in English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on candidates.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Good team player and self-motivated.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Resourceful and meticulous.

Job Details:
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 10am to 6pm
