• Empathetic, patient, and able to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Proficient in Mandarin (primary working language); basic English is sufficient.

• Possess strong understanding of oral supplement ingredients and their health benefits.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends.

[2]Customer Engagement (Online)

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on FacebookandWhatsApp.

• Provide clear, personalized advice based on customer needs and preferences.

[3] Sales-Oriented Communication

• Confidently pitch and recommend products through chat-based or voice messaging.

• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Ensure a friendly, supportive, and responsive experience across all interactions.

• Handle complaints or concerns tactfully to maintain customer satisfaction.

[5] Sales & Conversion

• Achieve individual sales targets through active engagement and product recommendation.
