We are looking for Programmers to join our team.

This role is suitable for all level who hold the high interest in building and maintaining a healthcare system. If you are a fresh graduates and junior developers or even a Senior programmer, who are interested in building real-world business applications, automation solutions, system integrations, and digital products, do not hesitate to join our group.

You will work closely with an interesting group of people to develop, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and improve systems used across the Alpro ecosystem business. We are always welcome candidates who actively use AI tools to assist with coding, problem-solving, and learning — what matters most is your ability to understand a problem, think logically, and turn an idea into a working solution.

Role Purpose:

To support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital systems, including modules under the Digital Platform. This role focuses on coding support, and contributing to future AI-enabled development tasks.

Key Responsible:

1. Assist department to build operational system to support project/events.

2. Think out of the box to support enhancements, debug and updates for a platform.

3. Take innovative way to document work clearly and follow coding standards.

4. Work as a team to troubleshoot user issues with basis guidance follow the policies.

5. Contribute with AI-assisted development tools where required.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior, including involvement in new events, initiatives, or projects in line with the company's direction.
