Previous experience in a waiting staff or service crew role within a hospitality or food service environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests

Proficiency in taking orders accurately and working efficiently during peak service times

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu items and basic food safety practices

Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin with shareholders and customers.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at appropriate tables in accordance with reservations and dining procedures

Present menus to guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding food and beverage offerings

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are clearly communicated to the kitchen

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, following proper service standards and etiquette

Clear tables efficiently between courses and at the end of meals, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance at all times

Support kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
