Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with assigned partners and supporting the successful execution of trade-in programs, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. You will serve as the main operational liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and continuous improvement across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Partner Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary working-level contact for assigned partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner PICs and operational teams.

• Support regular business reviews and operational discussions with partners.

2. Program & Campaign Execution:

• Coordinate the rollout of trade-in programs, campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

• Ensure all program deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines.

• Support partners on ongoing initiatives and activation planning.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Work closely with Area Management Lead and internal stakeholders to ensure execution alignment.

• Coordinate with Product and Operations teams to facilitate program implementation.

• Ensure information is communicated accurately and promptly across teams.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track campaign performance and key operational metrics.

• Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders and partners.

• Monitor deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding action items.

5. Operation Issue Management:

• Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues raised by partners.

• Escalate critical issues where necessary and coordinate resolution across departments.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

6. Market & Execution Insights:

• Consolidate feedback from Channel Operations and retail partners.

• Share field insights, customer feedback, and market observations with partners.

Support continuous improvement of programs based on operational learnings.

What we are looking for:

• Diploma qualification; Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.

• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar roles.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Highly organized with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation preparation.
